Join Our Tribe
We are the place to work in childcare. Progressive and open to adopting new best practice, we welcome you to bring your ideas and pursue your interests.

We entirely depend on our team to deliver the exceptional nursery and after school experience that our children enjoy. So naturally, we nurture our staff and reward them well. No two children are the same, and should follow their passions to reach their full potential. We think that’s the same for our team, so we enable flexible working and career paths based on each team member’s ambitions.

We equip our teams with the best resources. Locally owned, with no investors to divert profits to we reinvest heavily in our team, training, buildings, equipment, learning resources and employ daily cleaners to enable our staff to focus on the children. We have a full management team and EYT at each nursery, and our ratio of staff to children exceeds OFSTED requirements. Our cutting edge, Elmscot Method follows EYFS, and goes beyond to include exceptional, varied experiences for the children.
