Customer Service Is Important To Us! Here is a look into one of our three Contact Centers, where our management teams provide hands-on and continous training for our Customer Service Advisors! When our customers call the infamous 1-800-STEEMER, they are greeted by our friendly Customer Service Advisors. Together with our technicians, our Customer Service Advisors are the most important part of our Steemer family. They provide the enthusiastic service that keeps our customers coming back.
Our Customer Service Advisors receive blended classroom and hands on training prior to working with our customers. Our passionate supervisors also provide continuous on-the-job training to their CSA teams. Stanley Steemer believes in our Customer Service Advisors ability to help our customers and find creative solutions that meet their needs. That is why there is no script, no two customers are the same and we understand that! We will give you the tools you need to provide unparalleled customer service. Part-time, Full-time and Work-from-home CSA positions are available in Phoenix, Tampa, and Columbus.

We offer one-of-a-kind development programs!Stanley Steemer relies on strong, customer-oriented field managers to run our 55 corporately owned locations. We offer a Manager in Development program that will not only teach you the business, but also how to be a leader in the market, achieve financial results, motivate employees and provide exceptional customer service. After successfully completing this program, manager trainees are presented with the opportunity to manage a branch operation in one of our established markets. Depending on your experience, we offer a 7 - 9 month training program based in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio!
