Our story began in 2005, off the back of Founder and Executive Director, Luke Mader, our first-ever tradesman on the tools.

Working as a single man band out of his Ute in Western Australia’s Kimberley, Luke identified an underserviced ”˜niche’ in the market. He recognised that he could employ practice-based maintenance solutions to make a real difference in everyday mining and civil operations, and has been helping businesses hit targets since.

Channelling his passion into a humble mechanical maintenance business, Luke teed up some close mates to help deliver field support across the region – a team who have overseen the business through all stages of growth in changing market conditions, from conception to present.

Mader work across all states in Australia, across a wide range of commodities – so no two days are ever the same! We will give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge with access to a variety of sites, regions and equipment.

With access to more than 350+ sites, our highly trained technicians maintain all makes and models, including both surface and underground equipment. We pride ourselves on getting the job done quickly and efficiently keeping client operations online and running strong.
