COVID-19 has taught us the importance of connections. Our connections with colleagues give us the support we need to do great work in difficult circumstances, whether it’s a quick conversation about our families, an offer to collaborate, or a much-needed moment of levity. We’ve worked hard to maintain these connections despite the challenge of being remote.

As a result, we’ve learned how to maintain relationships and build trust regardless of our proximity. We’ve witnessed that working remotely does not impact our ability to deliver results. We are putting our learning to effective use to shape the future of work at Mammotome. While we have missed the in-person interactions, our associates have come to value the flexibility associated with working from home. Mammotome’s vision for the future of work is to create an environment where associates and people leaders collaborate with the flexibility to decide how, when and where the work gets done all while balancing business needs and individual working preferences.
