The future of work is changing and we recognize that there’s no one-size-fits all policy for work preference. We are fully supportive of employees working from wherever their passions and interests may take them, be it from a remote location, in a GoPro office or in a bit of both.
We’ve adopted remote and flexible work arrangements to support the future of work at GoPro alongside our commitment to supporting employee wellbeing, belonging and connection with one another. We’re excited to empower our employees (and in some cases, their families) to live their desired lifestyle and show up as the best versions of themselves.
Our remote work philosophy gives our employees the flexibility to decide how they work best. Â We are happy to offer three options*: Â Â
Permanent Remote - You’d prefer to work fully remote, untied to an office location. Your role can be performed without any-onsite requirements. Â
Flexible- You’d prefer a mix of remote working and in-office work. Some roles will require a regular in-office presence.  Â
In Office - You’d prefer the luxuries of working in office. Few positions will require this, dependent on location and role. Â
*Flexible work in our US locations requires proximity to an office location with the expectation to be in office at least 2-3 days/week. Flexible work in our International locations grants work from on on an ”˜as needs basis’ with manager approval. Â
