Christian obtained his pharmacy degree from UQ in 2002, and completed his intern year at the Airlie Beach Day and Night Pharmacy, Airlie Beach in 2003. After spending time working in western QLD and Sydney, he moved back to Airlie Beach and opened Amcal Pharmacy Cannonvale in 2006.
In 2009 he relocated to Mossman when he purchased Mt. Demi Pharmacy and Anich’s Mossman Pharmacy. Since this time he and his staff have worked hard improving the pharmacy offer in town by way of offering additional pharmacy services and product ranges. In April 2012 Mt Demi Pharmacy was relocated to the more convenient location of the Town and Country Shopping Centre and was renamed LiveLife Pharmacy Mossman.
Christian is a big believer in professional development and continuing education. He is an accredited pharmacist and currently juggling work as a full time managing pharmacist while completing an MPA through the James Cook University campus.
When not working or studying, he loves playing golf or riding his bike.
Jacquie MeyerIn 2009 he relocated to Mossman when he purchased Mt. Demi Pharmacy and Anich’s Mossman Pharmacy. Jacqueline is based on the Sunshine Coast, where she is the Managing Partner of two pharmacies based in Cooroy and Pomona, as part of the LiveLife group of Pharmacies.
Jacqueline graduated from Monash University in Victoria, before she relocated to the sunshine state.
Her association with PSA started with her completion of the Diploma of Management in 2009. From there she gained vast experience managing several large community pharmacies. Her interest was always focussed on community pharmacy where she could offer the highest level of service across professional services.
In 2014, Jacqueline joined the PSA QLD Branch. She is Vice President and is the QLD representative for Early Career Pharmacists.
Bruce ElliotJacqueline graduated from Monash University in Victoria, before she relocated to the sunshine state.
Her association with PSA started with her completion of the Diploma of Management in 2009. From there she gained vast experience managing several large community pharmacies. In 2014, Jacqueline joined the PSA QLD Branch. She is Vice President and is the QLD representative for Early Career Pharmacists.
Bruce is based in Yeppoon, working as the Regional Managing Partner of five Central Queensland based community pharmacies with the LiveLife Pharmacy Group. He is also an accredited consultant pharmacist.
Bruce has enjoyed a long association working with PSA. He is the current President of the Queensland Branch and also was an active National Board Director between 2009 and 2011. He also held numerous other executive positions within the PSA during his 8 years on the QLD Branch Committee from 2004 to 2012.
In 2009, Bruce was honoured to be awarded the PSA Young Australian Pharmacist of the Year for his work in enhancing the delivery and access of continuing pharmacist education across rural and regional Queensland and became a Fellow of the Society in 2012.
He was appointed a ministerial appointee representing rural pharmacy on the Programs Reference Group of the 5th Community Pharmacy Agreement and in 2015 as the only pharmacist on the Primary Health Care Advisory Group.
Bruce enjoys a close working relationship with other health practitioners within Central Queensland and is proud to have been elected the inaugural Chairman of the Central Queensland Medicare Local, a position he held from 2012 to 2015. Outside of work, Bruce has interests in aviation and enjoys sampling beers and foods on his travels!

Amanda graduated from the University of Queensland with a bachelor of pharmacy in 2004. Since then, she has worked as a retail pharmacist throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Amanda returned to the Sunshine Coast permanently with her husband in 2009 and joined the fabulous team at LiveLife Pharmacy Noosaville as the managing pharmacist. In 2010, Amanda joined as a partner with the purchase of Noosaville Family Pharmacy.
Amanda has specific interests in women’s health, sleep disorders and chronic pain management.
Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her family (human and fury) and also makes time for the odd shopping trip!
