- State and federal regulations regarding consumer debt collection, with heavy emphasis on the Fair Debt - Collection Practices Act
- Company policies including critical security training
- Customer service and dispute resolution
- Debt negotiation skills, role-playing and side-by-side training
- Skip-tracing techniques
- Use of our collection software
- Client-specific work standards and scope of work as well as basic industry knowledge
