Assistant Store ManagersWhile assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of a retail store location, our Assistant Managers provide direction to Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assign repair and maintenance work and ensure that the quality of all services performed meets Mavis’ high standards. While
driving the company’s sales initiatives, Assistant Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Our Service Managers play a vital role in Mavis’ ability to deliver quality service and on-time repairs and tire installations in a manner that exceeds customer’s expectations and generates repeat business. Mavis’ complete customer satisfaction guarantee is made possible through the efforts of our Service Managers. As a Service Manager, you will direct the workflow of the Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair and maintenance work to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. As the liaison between the customer and the retail store location personnel, our Service Managers clearly explain all repair and service work to our customers and answer any customer inquiries.
MechanicsAs the shop leaders in undercar repairs for Team Mavis, our Mechanics are trusted to inspect, diagnose and perform a wide variety of technician services on customer’s vehicles. From brakes, struts and shocks to exhaust systems, Mavis’ Mechanics apply their automotive repair skills to the fullest of their abilities on each day. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a major repair, Mavis relies on its Mechanics to do what it takes to meet the needs of our customers.
TechniciansTire Technicians
Our Tire Technicians apply their skills and on-the-job training to dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires in a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment. By diagnosing automotive safety issues, Tire Technicians further support the sales initiatives of Mavis by completing flat repairs and oil and filter changes, and performing any other required service or repairs to customer vehicles.
Alignment Technicians
Mavis’ Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, Alignment Technicians reduce customers’ tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Alignment Technicians also have the opportunity to complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required service or repairs to customer vehicles.
