From selling furniture out of the back of a truck over 100 years ago, to opening our 7th store at The Maine Mall in 2020, we have a storied history, and you can be a part of its legendary growth.

Jordan’s Furniture believes a healthy employee is a happy and successful one. And, employee health includes more than just physical well-being. Financial, professional, social, and emotional well-being are equally important.

Our full-time J-Team members (and part-time employees working between 24 and 34 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits”¦
• Medical – choice of three health plans with an extensive network of doctors and specialists. Optional vision insurance and a health care flexible spending account are also available. Employees are eligible for $150 fitness and weight loss reimbursements.
• Dental – our premium dental plan covers 100% of preventative care costs and 80% after deductible for most other procedures.
• 401(k) Savings Plan – J-Team members 21 and over are automatically enrolled after 60 days of service. After one year, Jordan’s will match 50 cents for each dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your base pay.
• Disability Insurance – Short- and long-term plans are company paid and give you partial income replacement should you be unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.
• Tuition Reimbursement – Up to $5,250 per year
• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, life insurance, group auto and home insurance
• Identity Theft Protection
• Paid Time Off – PTO accrual increases along with years of service. Full-time employees also receive eight paid holidays each year, and one day off to celebrate their birthday.
• 40% Employee Discount after 90 days of employment
• Adoption Assistance – Up to $5,000 for each adopted child
• Employee Assistance Program – helps employees and family members with counseling, resource assistance and more.
• Career Development – On-site training and development are provided.

Community Service
At Jordan’s Furniture, giving back to our local communities is a way of life. It’s also a better way of doing business – charity programs and philanthropic projects are rewarding investments. From the beginning, community outreach has been part of the Jordan’s Furniture plan, especially helping children in need.

An example of the success born from Jordan’s corporate giving is the fact that approximately 300 children in foster care have found permanent adoptive families. In addition, over 800 new foster homes have been recruited through our projects.
