Pets at Home

From Aberdeen in the far north to Penzance in the far South West, We have Pets at Home stores in every corner of the UK, each providing a practical, friendly, fun experience for pet owners. Our knowledgeable colleagues can help them select the right food for their pet, help test the water is safe for their fish tank, help socialise a new puppy - and much much more.

Vets4Pets

Vets4Pets is the largest small animal veterinary services group in the UK, with more than 440 practices in our stores and in stand-alone locations. We provide full veterinary care from preventative healthcare, including health checks and vaccinations, right through to digital X-rays, intensive care and surgical procedures. Vets4Pets offers great care for animals and outstanding career opportunities for veterinary professionals.

Groom Room

We have a growing network of 300 Groom Rooms located within Pets at Home stores and stand-alone salons across the UK. Our highly trained staff offer full dog grooming, baths, microchipping and nail clipping, using the latest equipment in a fully serviced, air-conditioned environment.

Support & Distribution

Behind the scenes at our Support Offices in Manchester and Swindon, and our Distribution Centres in Stoke-on-Trent and Northampton, we provide all the services our businesses need to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Working in the Groom Room
You’ll find our Groom Rooms in Pets at Home stores and stand alone salons across the UK. Right now, there are more than 300 with plans to open more.

Here, people who love pets provide a top-quality grooming service and while they all bring their personality to work, each dedicated groomer shares a passion for their skill and a commitment to taking grooming to the next level.

They also go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service, from a welcome that’s warm, through listening and offering solutions, to giving a sincere thank you and farewell.

Working here is always fun and we go a long way to make sure our teams feel engaged and are appreciated as members of our Pets at Home family. You’ll also find lots of opportunities to build on your skills and knowledge. On-going learning and development is tailored to your role and career goals, including City & Guilds Level 3 introductory qualification for Salon Managers.

Working in our Support Office
You’ll find our Support Office just 10 miles from Manchester city centre. Here, we support our nationwide operations. It’s a big job that just continues to grow. So we make sure our people, in every department, are supported to grow too.
