- Interacting with donors to build trust in our charity partner's programs, fielding questions, and conveying the details necessary for an informed donation
- Collecting long-term, monthly donations through our software program, Waysact, designed to provide a fast and secure donation experience for both donors and clients
- Providing the above services with a focus on urgency and donor empowerment

You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on team development by leading morning meetings, setting team goals and pushing your trainees to exceed expectations. Our leaders build these skills daily, and during our bi-annual leadership seminars in our Chicago, San Francisco, and New York City offices.
