As an integrated manufacturer, Zamma controls the entire production process from producing profiles (e.g. T-molding, reducer, quarter round shapes) from various substrates (e.g. medium density fiberboard, poplar and vinyl), manufacturing its own laminates and applying (i.e. wrapping) the finish. Zamma’s integrated manufacturing operation, combined with its extensive distribution capabilities, allows it to maintain a significant cost and logistics advantage over competitors, both foreign and domestic.
