Founded in 1974 by the father and son team of Charley and Ron Woodsby, Talk of the Town Restaurant Group now encompasses seven restaurants in the Central Florida area, including Charley’s Steak House, FishBones, Texas Cattle Company and Vito’s Chop House. The locally owned, Orlando based company has a long-standing history of success in the restaurant industry. Ron’s son, Clark Woodsby has since joined the company as Executive Vice President to continue three generations of the family's restaurant business.

Charley’s Steak House is a traditional steakhouse with a modern culinary flair, located in Orlando, Tampa and Celebration. Our philosophy of providing the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. Serving only USDA Prime & Choice steaks wood-grilled over a natural open fire pit at 1,200 degrees. Charley’s strives to provide guests with the most unique dining experience in Central Florida.

FishBones specializes in top-of-the-catch fish flown in daily, hand-cut aged steaks, a decadent raw bar, slow-roasted prime rib and expertly crafted cocktails. A local favorite, FishBones boasts experienced, upbeat service in a Key West inspired atmosphere creating a comfortable vibe like no other.

A classic steakhouse with an Italian flair, Vito’s Chop House is one of Orlando’s most hidden gems. Our menu features a diverse selection of Tuscan-rubbed aged steaks, market fresh fish, award-winning wines and authentic Italian recipes. With exquisite cuisine, exceptional service and an intimate atmosphere, Vito’s caters to the sophisticated diner.
