Application and Resume Review:

ECI’s recruiters will review your submitted application and contact you if your background matches ECI’s qualifications for the position.
After an initial phone screen between you and one of our recruiters, your information will be forwarded to an ECI hiring manager who will contact you if you are selected for an interview.

Your Interview:

The hiring manager will contact you if you’re selected for an interview.
The interview process can generally take from two to four weeks.
You will be interviewed by phone, video, or in person with one of ECI’s hiring managers.

"As a veteran who left the Marines in 2015, I bounced from job to job eagerly trying to find the type of leadership that inspired me to be the best.
