Trainings including coaching, decisions-making, managing through change and fostering innovation as well as assignments to large, cross-functional projects in a global team.

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) focuses on developing top talent individual contributors into future leaders with the confidence and skills to influence without a title. The Leadership Essentials and Development (LEAD) program is focused on enabling the Elanco leader to master the skills to create a high performing team. Our longest running program, in place since 2004, the Accelerated Leadership Development program (ALDP) builds on the foundation delivered in ELP and LEAD and is focused on our top-level leaders.
In 2020, 59% of ALDP and ELP and 47% of LEAD program participants were women.
