As part of our innovative myRyan work environment, we measure performance on results achieved, not hours worked. Traditional vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) programs are not in place for exempt (salaried) team members.
The Firm provides eligible non-exempt (hourly) team members twenty-two (22) personal days off per year. This time, which accrues on a per-pay-period basis, is available for vacation, illness, personal business, or any other time away from work.
