COVID-19
Through the recent COVID pandemic, all three TMMC facilities were stalled for seven weeks. All Team Members received their full pay, regardless of whether they were able to continue working from home, at the plant, or not.

The health and safety of our employees and communities remains our top priority, and we have implemented new protocols at all of our North American manufacturing plants to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to follow the guidance of health authorities and monitor vehicle demand as we carefully ramp up production.
Zero waste to landfills
In 2004 TMMC set the goal of sending zero waste to landfills. Starting in 2006, we met that goal through comprehensive recycling, reusing, reducing, and composting programs. We continue to set new environmental goals every year raising the bar for our manufacturing operations.
