Better Living Week at Marvin is one of the ways we show employees how much we appreciate them with one week of paid time off to recharge and engage in personal wellness. This celebratory week will take place the last week in December when we shut down operations at all manufacturing and office facilities to help bring our purpose – to imagine and create better ways of living – to life for our employees. All employees will observe Better Living Week, regardless of their job location, type, business unit or start date.
