Customers begin their Assurance journey in our digital ecommerce experience, where they receive a personalized insurance recommendation using data science and machine learning. Customers then buy online or with the help of our expert licensed agents.
Our licensed agents are BOTH on-demand AND full-time (W2), logging into our platform and making themselves available to help customers with their insurance needs.
The Assurance founders are both experienced entrepreneurs who have previously created fintech companies worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Our diverse team of data scientists, engineers, designers, sales, and finance gurus come from Stanford, Harvard, MIT, start-ups, and leading insurance companies. What they all share in common is their drive, brilliance, creativity, and an overwhelming passion to make great insurance simple and accessible for every consumer.
